4. Parties and Gatherings: Parties, gatherings, or events of any size are not allowed in the home and community. They are for quiet enjoyment only.
5. Reservations: Reservations under pseudonyms or false names are not accepted.
6. Noise and Security: To respect neighborhood noise levels, the home is equipped with NoiseAware, which alerts excessive noise levels without recording conversations, and security cameras that monitor the motion of the backyard, back gate, driveway, and front door. Any covering, disabling, or tampering of cameras will result in booking cancellation without the possibility of a refund.
7. Pet Policy: No pets, including visiting pets, are allowed inside or outside the property. This is due to severe allergies of the owners and some guests. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Service Animals (SAs) have specific guidelines outlined below.
8. Security Deposit: Blooming Properties reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit and a signed rental agreement.
